Become a member of Volunteering Queensland to show your support for our work encouraging volunteer participation through
significant community projects and initiatives. We rely on your assistance to provide free resources, training and
education and our online volunteer recruitment service.
Membership is available to any organisation interested in volunteering and the engagement of volunteers for the benefit
of the community.
For the purpose of information, consultation, research, and resourcing, VQ membership organisations are directly linked to the national peak body for volunteering in Australia, Volunteering Australia. For more information visit Volunteering Australia’s website at

Volunteering Queensland is responsible for providing services in the following areas in QLD - Brisbane Metro,
Caboolture, Pine Rivers, Ipswich, Logan, Beaudesert, Beenleigh, Mackay, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Mt Isa, South West Qld,
Mid West Qld, and North West Qld.

Please note: All applications for financial membership are subject to approval by the Board of Management of
Volunteering Queensland Inc in order to establish that the purpose of the applicant in no way conflicts with the
objectives of Volunteering Queensland. The Board reserves the right to make the final decision on the admission of
financial members in accordance with its constitution.
