Community leadership is critical to ensuring healthy, sustainable and fair communities. This website aims to provide leaders with a range of practical resources and tools, designed specifically for working in community settings.

This Community Leadership website is the result of a partnership project between the Education and Research Unit of Volunteering Queensland and the School of Learning and Professional Studies (within the Faculty of Education) Queensland University of Technology.

Development of the site was made possible through a Queensland University of Technology Community Services Grant received in 2002 and 2004. Please click here to view people who contributed to this project.
Tools
Here you can find a collection of tools that will enhance personal leadership skills and could extend your methods of working with groups. These tools have been successfully used by facilitators from Volunteering Queensland in their capacity building work within local communities.
