2012 Ignite Volunteering Conference

The Centre for Volunteering presents Ignite Volunteering Conference for 2012 to be held in Sydney CBD on Friday 27 July 2012. This year's conference theme is Innovation and Partnerships
    
Speakers are aiming to show ways in which you, as volunteer managers and coordinators, can be innovative in your thinking, services, and programs, and how to look at beneficial partnerships and alliances with other organisations. 
    
This conference will comprise of a mixture of plenary sessions, interactive workshops, panels, and case studies to enable you to:

  • Develop skills to better manage volunteering as a resource
  • Discuss governance and volunteer management issues within the community sector
  • Access tools and resources to facilitate more effective volunteer management
  • Develop more contacts within the community sector

The Ignite Volunteering Conference is designed for volunteer supervisors, coordinators, and managers within the community sector. Speakers include:
