The Stampede is a mud run and obstacles race which is an epic challenge for competitors that will push them to their limits. Besides the exciting adventures, there will be loads of entertainment including a live band and DJ who will be pumping out the tunes all day long.
The Stampede is on Saturday 8 September 2012 and supports CanTeen, Lifeline and The Wilderness Society.

Volunteer roles
Registration Tent // You will be assisting with the registration of race competitors; there will be approximately 500 participants per wave which are leaving every 20 minutes.
Cloakroom // You will be assisting with storing and returning bags for participants according to their wave colour and number.
Course Marshal // Assist the event flow by giving directions to participants, ensure the course is free of obstructions (other than ones part of the course) and participants are following the correct way, cheer them on, be the friendly face along the route. You will need to be fit to help move equipment around if required. How to use a Two Way Radio is an advantage.
