Strategies that have helped engage and retain volunteers from culturally diverse backgrounds
Training: Transitcare offers full training to all volunteers. The training is personalised to every volunteer, and they have no time limit on training their volunteers. Transitcare works closely with all new volunteers so that they provide the best training possible.
Organisation culture: Transitcare tries to provide a positive culture for all their volunteers. Transitcare provides the same opportunities to all volunteers and recognises the contribution of volunteers by conducting a volunteer recognition night.
