Find volunteering opportunities

There is a volunteer role for everyone, every age group, every skill base, every interest and every culture.

From helping out at a school tuck shop or running a community event, to becoming a helpline operator, there are many ways to get involved. Whatever activity you choose, you will be helping support Queensland communities.

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and make new friends, gain valuable workplace experience and have fun, all while making a difference to a cause you care about.

Volunteering opportunities are flexible, they can be long-term, short-term projects or one-off events. You can volunteer in your field of study, your area of expertise or lend a hand in a new area learning new skills.
