Trinity is very committed to her volunteer work at Meals On Wheels. The people she works with look forward to working with her and her positive attitude.

Trinity volunteers weekly at Meals On Wheels. She also volunteers in the younger classes at school working as a mentor for the younger students.

Delivering meals to clients at Meals On Wheels. Supports physically disabled students and pushes their wheelchairs at play times, to and from parade and to parent pick up in the afternoon.

She is very friendly, keen and efficient, and knows the routine and job requirements with minimal support.

The program has helped Trinity be a part of a community and a team.


The Active Volunteering Non-Accredited Course allows students to develop an understanding of the concepts of service, volunteering and community work in a less formal setting than completion of an accredited qualification.

This course has a strong focus on volunteering. Students gain such understanding through engagement with the community, both within and external to their school. This course is highly recommended for students seeking reconnection and a sense of belonging to local communities.
