This is the 6th free session helping Volunteer Managers/ Coordinators deal with changes in volunteer management due to the pandemic. We will follow on from previous forums which have covered smoothly transitioning volunteers back to work, creating processes that protect the safety of staff and volunteers, farewelling volunteers who have chosen not to return, attracting new volunteers, forward planning and tricky situations.
Join in and share your ideas and how your volunteers are going. This is an important network to gain support from each other during this time. Forum conversations change depending on the audience and the needs identified.

There will be a limit to attendance at this forum due to the high numbers and ensuring it can be productive, interactive and we don’t overload the system.
