To protect and enhance the natural environment and resources of the catchment of Oxley Creek by advocating, educating and participating in catchment management.

OCCA was established in 1996 as a not-for-profit organisation working to protect and enhance the natural environment and resources of the catchment of Oxley Creek by partnering, advocating, educating and participating in catchment management. OCCA’s work includes:
• educational and awareness activities through its Education Program and Corporate Volunteering Program. It also organises the biennial Peaks to Points Festival, and participates in local events such as Clean Up Australia Day, National Tree Day, and the Logan Eco Action Festival
• a native plant nursery that propagates plants for use in revegetation activities
• on-ground activities through its CreekCare and Tuesday Common Carers volunteers and its CreekWatch industry-focused program
• a social enterprise – Biodiversity Services – that undertakes contract on-ground work including site preparation, planting, weeding, mulching, watering, maintenance, soil erosion and sediment control, and creekbank restoration.
