Through this training, you will be able to better understand Indigenous culture and engage more appropriately with Indigenous Australians, allowing a level of cultural safety and awareness in your workplaces and volunteering environments.

The training consists of three modules, starting with an overview of Indigenous basics and fundamentals. 

This self-paced online course will allow you have a deeper understanding of Indigenous culture, engage appropriately in the workplace with indigenous individuals, and to influence and contribute to Indigenous reconciliation.

Upon completion, you will you will be awarded a certificate recognising your commitment to the topic.

  • Understand Indigenous Culture – A deeper understanding of Indigenous culture and how it impacts your workplace, community and your approach as an employee or organisation
  • Engage Appropriately in the Workplace – Key skills and knowledge on how to engage Indigenous individuals in the workplace and how to communicate with Indigenous community members
